FEATURES
K-5212 silicone gel was compounded by metal oxide (great thermal conductivity& insulation)
and organic siloxane.
Good performance of thermal conductivity up to 2.0 and electrical insulation.
Long working temperature (-500C ~ 2000C)
Great stability and flowability, also, easy to use and inject on the surface
No toxic or corrosion, odorless, and not dry or undissolved.
APPLICATION
Dissipate the heat from components to reduce its working temperature.
Filling and coating in electronics, electrical appliances and components. Such as, the gap
between CPU and radiator, the high-power tri-tube, controlled silicone components, the gap
between diode and the surface of substrates (aluminum, cooper),the contacted surface
between trial power amplifier tube and thermal fin, and refrigerator of semi-conductors.

HOW TO USE
Preparation
Clean the coating surface by removing the oil and grease.

Application
Squeeze out the thermally conductive silicon grease directly coating into the uncoated surface
with a thin layer. The coating ways have the brushing, scraping, or roll coating according to
your needs.
Attention
The surface should coat evenly by filling the whole gap with a fully thin layer. And make sure
not coat too much on the surface.
