FEATURES
K-705 is neutral, one part, room cure, transparent RTV silicone rubber sealant.
It can absorb moisture from air to get cure. No toxic, no pollution or any corrosion.
Excellent performance of electric insulation and resistance, aging resistance, damp and
moisture proof.
Mainly potting and sealing in electrics components to prevent moisture and cracking.
APPLICATION
Good bonding, sealing, insulating, moisture proofing and shaking protection.
(1) This product can form a transparent elastomer after cured, using in optical materials which
require high transparency.
(2) Potting and sealing in small electric components or output transformer in TV fields in order
to stable their properties and prevent moisture and cracking.
(3) Protecting in controlled silicon mesa, sealing in optical instruments, coating and sealing in
electronics and communication instruments, inner coating and protecting of transistor and
silicon diode, etc

HOW TO USE
Preparation
The surface should be clean and dry before application.
Curing Condition
The glue can get full cure with the depth of 2~3mm after 24 hours. If want to cure deep parts,
the excellent performance of adhesive can achieve by setting more cure time.
Attention
1. Potting in the components, should not encapsulate above the depth of 3mm, because the
deeper of the gap,need longer cure time.
2. Screw the nozzle tightly and store it well for next time.

45g/tube, 300ml/bottle or Customized Package.
USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
Put in cool and dry place(less than 30 celcius), the shelf life(45g) 12 months,the shelf
life(300ml,2.6L) 6 months.
