FEATURES
K-5211 is silicone thermal conductive grease/paste compounded by metal oxide and organic
siloxane.
Thermal conductivity up to 1.2, good heat transferring and dissipating.
Long working temperature (-500C ~ +2000C)
Good thixotropic, easy application, and good stability and reliability.
No toxic or corrosion, odorless, not dry and undissolved.
APPLICATION
Heat transferring from components and lowering the working temperature.
1. Filling and coating in electronics components in LED assemblies, electrical appliances, etc.
a. the gap between CPU and radiator(heat sinks), the high-power transistors, and silicon
controlled components.
b. Filling the gap between diode and aluminum/cooper substrates, etc.
c. Bonding the surface between trial PA tube and thermal fin, etc.
d. Adhesion to semi-conductors, heating components, etc.
HOW TO USE
Preparation
Clean the surface and remove the oil and grease.
Application
Squeeze out the thermally conductive silicon grease, and directly coating into the surface with
a thin layer. The coating ways have the brushing, scraping, or roll coating according to your
needs.
Attention
The surface should coat evenly by filling the whole gap with a fully thin layer. And make sure
not coat too much on the surface.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
Put in cool and dry place, the shelf life is 18 months.
